The Professional Services EMEA team is growing, and we need YOU! Our focus is to consistently maintain and improve security, earning our customers’ trust by implementing and demonstrating best-in-class security practices. We work collaboratively across the company to accomplish faster outcomes for our customers. We are looking for a smart, experienced, energetic, and humble delivery architect to join our growing professional services team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced PS architect who can help us jumpstart and scale the professional services team in a variety of ways. This is a great opportunity for someone who is extremely focused, eager, and technically adept to make a lasting impact. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Lacework platform and the use cases it provides. You will have a customer-first attitude and work with security, engineering, development, and operations teams within the customer engagements. You will be a team player within the Lacework ecosystem, leading to customer success and ARR growth for Lacework.
To be successful you will:
Become an expert user of Lacework.
Become a trusted advisor to your assigned customers.
Lead customer engagements autonomously from start to finish with technical and soft skills.
Be willing to support the growth of the delivery team with Lacework in EMEA.
Run workshops with customers as part of their Lacework onboarding.
Develop and contribute to operational runbooks, wikis, how-tos, topology diagrams - as needed.
Design and coordinate cohesive responses to customers, driving adoption for Lacework and driving business outcomes for the customer.
Provide subject matter expertise on architecture, authentication, and system security as part of services delivery
Lead positioning of services with the Sales team to ensure successful user adoption with our products through an understanding of the customers' existing business models and processes.
Support PS Delivery teammates, Solution Engineers, and Sales Managers with your technical input during the pre-sales process to define the project objectives, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and risk all while keeping customer outcomes in mind.
Consult customers on industry best practices regarding Lacework adoption and consumption.
Create detailed project documentation outlining the requirements for both external and internal stakeholders.
Consult with customers on analysis and findings to ensure clarity on solutions.
Document all work with customers including solution design and configuration.
Manage internal resources and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.
Partner with product management and customer success teams to ensure positive customer health, driving outcomes which will lead to higher consumption, adoption, and more ARR
Your Professional Profile:
5+ years of experience in a professional services or customer success engineering role. Experience with any of the 3 major Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Bonus for deep experience with Azure and/or any cloud certification.
Knowledge and experience with network protocols, security threats, attack techniques, evasive techniques, detection, and prevention methods.
Understanding of real-time threat detection, secrets management, security considerations within build, release, CI/CD and other similar tooling.
Experience in Docker/Kubernetes is highly preferred.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with a Linux Terminal.
Ability to script in common languages like Python, bash or powershell. Go is a plus, but not required.
Good understanding of Terraform/IaC
Good understanding of the fundamentals of systems hardening.
Experienced in developing metrics and dashboards to track various vulnerability trends and SLAs and communicating them to business stakeholders is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Strong customer presentation skills.
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, Jira is a plus
Ability to travel to customers when needed. This is a mostly remote job.
Ability to commute to the London office once a week is ideal.
