Job Title: UX/UI Designer Company: Location and Working Hours: Full Time. Remote - Europe. Salary: €4000 - €4600 per month depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
We are a leading digital healthcare provider with a diverse team globally, serving customers across multiple time zones. Providing digital tools for healthcare providers through our Physitrack, PhysioTools and Physicourses brands.
Delivering holistic digital health for the workplace through our Champion Health, Champion Health Plus, and Wellnow brands.
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and playful product designs.
Design engaging and user-centered experiences for web, Android, and iOS platforms.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems (e.g., Material Design), ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure... smooth implementation of designs.
Leverage data and user feedback to iterate on designs and increase user engagement.
Build and refine design systems and standards that are easy to scale across products.
4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on creating systems that scale.
• Ability to create product motion graphics and add joy to the apps (interactions and animations).
• Proven experience working with design systems like Material Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, Android, and iOS design experience.
• Ability to build design systems and create a cohesive design language.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge about frontend / mobile technologies is a big plus

Portfolio - a Design Portfolio should showcase work on cross-platform designs/design systems.
# Case Study - a Case Study should highlight a design project focused on user engagement or improving usability across web or mobile platforms.

Portfolio and Case Study should be submitted in a PDF format or online.
First Interview : This interview will focus on design philosophy, collaboration with engineering, and practical experience with design systems. We’ll discuss specific projects from the portfolio and case study.
• Design Task : A take-home task or live design challenge (based on candidate preference).
