Job Descrption

Looking to hire individuals for sidewalk clearing for this upcoming winter. Applicants must be available during the winter from November 15th until March 31st. Shifts are usually through the night from around 12AM to 8AM. Sometimes longer. Day shifts will be available and required as well depending on snow fall times. This is an on call position, and shift start and end times will vary with every snow fall. Hours are not consistent and vary from snow fall to snow fall. This job may not be suitable for some students.

Job Duties:

Clearing snow from sidewalks using shovels and/or snow blowers

Salting sidewalks with buckets or walk behind salters.

Applicants with previous experience and/or a drivers license are preferred, but this is not a requirement.

Training provided.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
