Job Descrption
Our team needs crew members asap for snow removal services throughout the winter. Join our growing team of passionate landscape professsionals, dedicated to excellence, training and development.

We’re looking for new crew members ASAP to join our winter team, no experience required.

As an On-Call Snow Shoveler at Crosby Landscape, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients manage snow and ice during the winter season. You will be responsible for shoveling snow, clearing walkways and maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly respond to on-call requests for snow removal services
• Shovel snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas
• Apply ice-melt products as necessary to prevent slippery conditions
• Operate snow blowers when required
• Ensure thorough and efficient snow removal, paying attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and... supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond to on-call requests
• Previous snow removal experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- This is an on-call position, and the workload with be dependent on the weather

- Shift start times are communicated with approximately 12 hours notice during expected snow events

- You will work in cold and potentially challenging weather conditions. Suitable winter weather clothing is required

· On call from November – March, but this could lead to regular spring/summer full time landscaping work - position can carry forward into summer 2024.

Pay dependent on drivers license and experience but willing to train.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
