Job Descrption
Our client is looking for a skilled HIU Engineer/Commercial Wet-worker to join their team, covering areas within London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within commercial and residential properties.
Salary ranges from £40,000 to £42,000 per year
In return the company will offer you a Company Van with fuel card and stock provided.
Responsibilities:
• Installation of HIU systems including all pipework
• Record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used on the company’s PDA / I.T system.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients at all times.
• Provide clear communication to clients and property managers regarding job progress, expected timelines, and any necessary follow-up work.
Qualifications:
• NVQ L2 Plumbing
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
