Hours: The Company’s operational hours are Monday to Sunday, from 10:30 pm – 7:00 am. Shifts are allocated on a rota basis.

Location: Carey Way, London, HA9 0LQ

Pay rate: £28,080 per annum / £13.50 per hour

We are currently searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team in North West London. You will be assisting the warehouse management team to ensure that the warehouse is efficiently and effectively running which will include overseeing day to day operations as well as the onsite team.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working... environment.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the warehouse team.
• Manage the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and streamline operations.
• Oversee materials handling processes, ensuring efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimise shipping schedules and reduce delays.
• Implement best practices in warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks as needed while ensuring proper techniques are employed for safety.
• Ensure that the warehouse environment is well maintained, clean and organised.

Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes along with logistics principles.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in business processes.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and manage materials handling effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
