Performs various training tasks in support of Biochemistry (BCHEM) Empower Software support and training of HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis techniques. Assist Empower Support Lead in evaluation of Empower reports and project setup. Main point person for in-lab training of all HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis instrumentation setup and operation. Main point of contact to answer instrument setup for new analysts and best practice routines for HPLC systems and Capillary Electrophoresis Systems. Subject matter expert (SME) in chromatography and electrophoretic issues, Assists Empower Lead in development and refining of training materials. Works closely with training administration to schedule and execute new analyst HPLC and CE training when needed. Develop additional resources for analysts to use during instrument setup and testing.

Bachelors Degree
Well experienced in High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrumentation, Capillary Electrophoresis, and applicable instrumentation analysis.
Good oral and written commnication skills, well organized and good attention to detail, familiarity with common computer programs and e-learning, strong on-the-job training skills, familiarity with QC testing expectations and able to relay that knowledge to trainees
