Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Account Management

Manage and maintain the brand's social media accounts (such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account, Instagram, etc.).

Regularly post high-quality content to attract and increase follower engagement.

Monitor social media performance and optimise content strategy through data analysis.

2. Influencer Campaign Execution

Identify and contact potential social media influencers to establish partnerships.

Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns to ensure smooth operation and achievement of desired outcomes.

Track... and evaluate the results of influencer activities, providing detailed reports and feedback.

3. Offline Events Execution

Assist in planning and organising various offline events, including clinic salons, campus health lectures, etc.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of all aspects of the events, from preliminary preparation to on-site execution.

Responsible for promoting and advertising the events to increase participation and impact.

Requirements of the Candidate:

Background in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, with familiarity in their operations and promotional techniques.

Proficient in using graphic design and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Canva, and others.

Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of creating engaging social media content.

Strong team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Innovative thinker, able to propose creative marketing ideas and event planning solutions.

Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred.

Mandarin speaker (must), plus business English.
