Job Description
THE PRODUCT
The Marketing Analyzer Mix and Digital platforms are traditional SaaS B2B offerings sold to banks and financial institutions. The Marketing Analyzer product suite serves bank marketers, giving them clear insights into their holistic marketing performance and how that performance relates to their peers on key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.). With this information, digital marketers can make more informed decisions, better justify and grow their marketing investments, and react to competitive market trends in real time. Beyond the cornerstone Marketing Analyzer product suite, the business unit also supports numerous other advice-based offerings to banks in the form of strategic retainers, consumer research readouts, and consulting engagements that have further opportunity for product engagement and evolution
THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to take the helm of our Marketing products. You’ll be the driving force behind the product strategy and execution of both product offerings, ensuring that they deliver continued value to our clients in a scalable way.
YOU WILL
- Discover Client Needs: Use your understanding of the market and its needs, through direct engagement with financial institution clients, to identify opportunities and requirements
- Create and Execute Product Strategy: Develop a holistic understanding of the Marketing business and create impact-driven, not feature-focused, product roadmaps that solve customer and client problems, enabling the business to meet its objectives
- Work Cross-Functionally: Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across Data Science, Engineering, Amplero business unit leaders, data architects, and other Product team members.
- Increase Scalability: Ideate on and refine methods for automated data sourcing, validation, access, and delivery for both internal and external users to increase the overall scalability of the platforms.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define, articulate, and execute the product vision for Marketing Analyzer and Marketing Analyzer Digital, ensuring alignment with Curinos’ broader objectives. Manage the strategic trade-offs between investment initiatives, platforms, tech debt, and new features.
- Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, iterating on Marketing Analyzer and Marketing Analyzer Digital to maximize their value proposition. Define and consistently contextualize ‘success’ with well-defined KPIs that measure our ability to solve client problems.
- Data Quality Oversight: Ensure the highest quality of data in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and relevance across existing or new offerings.
- Market Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and the evolving needs of financial institutions to drive product development and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, providing them with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyzer, and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 (plus bonus)
Qualifications
At least 4 years of data product offering Product Management experience demonstrated career progression and business-moving impact.
- Experience at digital marketing agencies and/or in the MarTech industry
- Exposure to and understanding of basic MarTech stack concepts and providers
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager working in enterprise and B2B data product offerings with a consistent record of multi-workstream management and effective delivery in an Agile environment.
- Experience working on data-centric products, and an understanding of basic data management concepts. Information Classification: General
- Proficiency in presenting complex concepts in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and connecting them to clearly and succinctly to strategic vision.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Jira, SQL, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Experience with API architecture focused on reliability and performance is an added bonus.
- Preferred experience in financial or banking industry with an understanding of the core business model of banking
