Job Summary
As a Beauty Consultant/ Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our range of beauty products. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, helping them select the right products, and ensuring they have a delightful shopping experience.

Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beauty products based on individual customer needs.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to enhance customer understanding.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing display of products.
• Process transactions accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and basic maths for sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience
• Previous... experience in a retail or beauty environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods.
• A passion for beauty products and trends, with the ability to sell effectively while building rapport with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
