We are a small growing organisation with a big vision. Our Management team have worked on multiple projects in excess of £1 Billion and have the connections to move the business forward exponentially - we just need to expand our right team to help us get there.
Following Client demand, we are now taking on Mechanical work packages and require an excellent Project Engineer to support the Project Managers.
The role
We are looking for someone to join our office to support tendering and execution of CAT A & CAT B fit out projects under their own steam on their own or with others.
You should have excellent working knowledge of electrical design across the Commercial, Education and Health sectors.
Typical works may include;
• Tendering for new works including site surveys
• Preperation of schematic and layout drawings using AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of BS7671 and other relevant standards
• Awareness of testing and commissioning procedures
• Preparation and issuing of workpacks... and method statements to the installation teams
• Preperation of weekly Progress Reports
You will ensure the following:
• Raising of requisitions for materials as required in a timely manner.
• Adherence to the company QMS (ISO9001)
• Monitoring progress to ensure works are completed to budgeted hours/schedule
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with all relevant regulations
• Ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented.
Requirements
• Experience on LV Distribution design
• AutoCAD and other Autodesk products
• Personable and trustworthy character who can interface directly with Clients
• ECS card (Gold or Black), CSCS or CPCS
• SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous
• Professional Registration preferable (eg CIBSE, The IET)

Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
