We are looking to recruit a full time Domestic Sales Associate. You will be joining a hardworking, friendly, small team based at our branch near Wandsworth Bridge, London SW18.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability
• Going the extra mile to meet the Customer needs
• Holiday Cover
• Data entry in various platforms

Skillset
• Previous experience of selling large kitchen appliances (Fridges, Washing machines, Tumble dryers) across broad range of Manufacturers
• Good telephone manner and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Experience of customer care would be beneficial plus experience of following an order through from start to finish
• Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
• Good attention to detail
• Conscientious and hard working

This is not a cold-call sales job. Orders are received by phone and email and then processed... accordingly.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives locally to the branch, Wandsworth Bridge, SW18.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
