Duties
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
• Analyse data trends to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
• Engage with clients over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Upsell services and products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue.
• Assist in translating communications for bilingual clients, particularly in English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to... streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
• Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred, with fluency in both English and Spanish being highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting within a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £21,470.30-£77,073.14 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
