Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Digital Business Development)

Location: London (Office-based)

Salary: £26,000 per year + uncapped commission

The Role

As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in driving new business by setting up high-quality meetings and generating new opportunities through digital channels. You’ll work alongside an experienced lead generation team, helping to drive revenue through exhibition stand sales and sponsorships.

We are seeking ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our organisation with a passion for sales, digital business development, and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Generating high-quality leads through digital... outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Setting up and managing meetings with potential clients to explore business opportunities
• Working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through exhibition stand sales and sponsorships
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying opportunities for international expansion
• Travelling internationally to represent the company at events (optional)

Please note: Standard working hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm

What We’re Looking For:
• Educated to A-level standard (no degree required)
• Target-driven with sales or lead generation experience (preferred but not required)
• Highly motivated, with a natural “can-do” attitude and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone
• Experience using CRM software (desirable)
• Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
