At Gemba, we're shaking up the B2B training space with our innovative VR platform, and we’re on a mission to flood our sales team with quality leads. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to make that happen, reporting directly to our CEO, Nathan. Your job? For every £1 you spend, deliver £3 back in value – no big deal, right?
You'll be working on things like:
• Crafting and executing bold, outbound, B2B marketing campaigns aimed at top global manufacturing companies.
• Nurturing high-quality leads that flood our pipeline and drive real revenue growth.
• Measuring campaign performance, making tweaks to maximise impact.
• Keeping up with industry trends and marketing techniques to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborating across teams – sales, product, customer success – to make sure our demand generation strategy... is aligned with our goals.
We’re looking for:
• A demand gen expert with 8+ years’ experience in outbound B2B marketing.
• Experience marketing to big, global manufacturing firms.
• Someone who’s self-sufficient and knows exactly how to get the job done – no hand-holding required.
• A proven record of creating marketing campaigns that deliver solid results and drive revenue.
• Experience with marketing tools, platforms, and CRMs (Hub Spot desirable).
• An analytical mindset – you live for measuring performance and improving it.

Up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
