Our client is a succesfull local business who specialise in transport and deliveries
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telesales and marketing, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, to engage with a diverse clientele. Your target clients are both corporate and private accounts. Companies and individuals so your success rate can be high.
Responsibilities
• Hands on telesales work. Volume outbound calls
• Speaking to local businesses and people offering the services of our client
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
• Collaborate with management to align marketing efforts with sales... objectives.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary based on performance data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
Skills
• Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
• Ideally, you have worked in transport industry in some capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
