The Opportunity
Our client, a leading FM company boasts a wealth of experience in the student sector. The role... of a Security Officer will be to deliver a first class service through innovation and experience
You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the concierge team.
This Relief Security Officer role will be working as a CCTV Officer dedicated to one site every Sunday, additional shifts will be carried out across multi-sites at a prestigious leading Art and Design university in the centre of London.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
• CCTV Monitoring
• Manage all physical security risks against people, property, information, and reputation in line with the Estate Policy
• Offering a five star welcome through reception duties and concierge service
• Leading on patrols, internally and externally
• Following the AI's of the site
• Completing risk reports for the site/s
• Ensuring Health & Safety measures and targets are exceeded
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Valid SIA Licence and CCTV Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
