About the role

The Information Security Manager is responsible for security, maintenance, and guarding of our digital infrastructure and digital assets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement an overall information security program to protect the company against security breaches and vulnerability issues.
• Conduct regular system audits, identify potential vulnerabilities, and manage the response to security incidents.
• Perform security awareness training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Develop and alter processes to align with strategic direction and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (CE+) and work towards ISO 27001.
• Manage and mitigate risks by conducting comprehensive risk assessments and defining mitigation measures.
• Oversee incident response and disaster recovery efforts to ensure business continuity.
• Stay up to date with the latest threats and security trends and educate employees on best security practices.
• Manage day to day security ops, develop junior staff and encourage growth and learning throughout IT.
• Provide clear management reporting.
• Work with our 3rd party providers to ensure a seamless service.
• Be prepared to travel around the world if required.

Qualifications:
• CISM, CISSP or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in product support or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with product development and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
