As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be part of the “Legal Company Governance & Digitalisation” function in Statkraft’s Corporate Legal team where you will provide support to the entity management to Statkraft’s significant and growing legal entity portfolio. This role will be based in our London office and will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
You will assist the Legal Company Governance & Digitalisation function in handling the day-to-day entity administration and support the statutory filing obligations for the UK and Irish legal entities.
You will also help the global teams by supporting the collection and maintenance of group entity data from these teams on Diligent Entities, which is the central database for all Statkraft’s legal entities. You will be collaborating with the Tax, Finance, Business and Legal teams.
In addition, you will provide various paralegal support to the UK Legal team.
