Job Description
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Lead to carry out and be responsible for all Purchase Order raising for ASOS Studios in Microsoft Dynamics and all other administrative tasks relating to resourcing and procurement. You will work to build a strong relationship with the wider Operations team and key resourcing and financial stakeholders in the department. You will need to be able to facilitate the payment of suppliers and sourcing and booking of freelance.
What you'll be doing...
Use our booking systems to send out booking confirmations and purchase orders of freelance and models booked
Create and send out call sheets to all teams in line with the shoot schedule
Work with the wider Operations team to extract all booking information for models and freelancers from the relevant booking systems flagging issues where required
Be responsible for raising Purchase Orders and credit card purchases for all teams across ASOS Studios and dealing with any queries
Complete all purchases and procurement related queries for the Studios
Complete payments by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices
Maintain and update expenditure trackers in line with monthly budgets
Resolve queries and offer solutions to prevent future occurrences whilst maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Facilitate the ease of sourcing and booking freelance
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the department to provide payment solutions
Centralise and manage the set-up of new suppliers across the department
Monitor quality of data input from all relevant sources escalating to Senior Operations Coordinator when required
Qualifications

Competent with budgets, spreadsheets and reporting
Strong written and spoken communication skills. You should be approachable and personable
Excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail and strong administration skills
Excellent time management and ability to work to strict deadlines
Ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions
Ability to work confidently with figures, absorb lots of information, and willing to learn and take on responsibility
Use own initiative – a self-starter who can anticipate others’ needs with strong judgment, common sense, discretion and professional maturity
Excellent relationships with suppliers and across the business
Demonstrates a consistent enthusiastic approach to independent work and team projects
Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, In Design and in the general day to day running of a PC and/or MAC
