We're hiring for a Recruiter to join us on a 12-month journey. Your primary focus? Tech talent! But, versatility is key – you'll also lend your expertise to fill Corporate and Commercial roles when needed.
As our Recruiter, you'll spearhead the hunt for top-tier talent, all while crafting an unparalleled hiring experience for candidates and teams. Armed with a toolkit filled with savvy strategies, diverse channels, and insightful data, you'll proactively seek out and engage with the best and brightest.
Reporting directly to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 13 talented individuals.
This role will need you to be onside in our Camden, London office for 2 anchor days per week.
The Details
We’re looking for someone with experience working in a Recruitment role, this is a must for us. You’ll also need to be agile, and able to juggle multiple vacancy priorities – of course support will be on hand with this.
We’d also like someone who has experience of developing or improving processes and tools for recruitment. And can show up with credibility when speaking to both candidates and stakeholders.
If you have experience in hiring for Technology roles, this is a big benefit – but we’re equally open to someone who has the desire to learn in this space.
