We are hiring for a second Business Development Representative to support the growth of our UK & Ireland business. This role offers you a high level of development opportunities to accelerate a corporate Sales Executive. For this role you’ll be provided with all of the coaching needed to succeed. Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business, utilising outbound phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms. SCAYLE is a young, dynamic business that is only 5 years old but has quickly established itself as a market leader in the German market and is now venturing into new territories.

Job Description

What we offer 

• Remote & hybrid working – those who live within to London, there is opportunity to work at our co-working spaces alongside the Country Manager a few times a week

• Salary is circa £35,000 - £45,000 basic and uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation
• Identify potential new customer and approach them actively ranging from outbound mails, calls or LinkedIn messages, fairs, conferences and much more
• High professional communication with new customers and identifying their needs in regards to the use of SCAYLE
• Gaining a solid understanding of the competitive landscape
• Establish relationships with the decision-makers of our customers by maintaining a unique contact experience

Requirements

• The role requires a very confident, intelligent fast learner with a high amount of resilience and drive. You will be talking directly with very senior leaders in medium and large sized retailers in the UK and will be required to influence these people on the phone.
• We expect a strong academic background. Graduates and young professionals are equally welcome to apply.
