As a (Junior) Integrated Marketing Manager, you will work within the content & demand generation team, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating event-driven marketing campaigns and supporting wider marketing initiatives across various markets.

Job Description

• Event-Driven Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of event-centric marketing initiatives (e.g. trade shows, dinners, and panel discussions)
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with various teams to ensure the seamless integration and successful execution of event strategies within larger marketing campaigns, thereby enhancing overall effectiveness 
• Content Collaboration for Events: Partner with the content team to align on engaging messaging and materials for events that align with SCAYLE’s brand voice and resonate with targeted audiences, ensuring the impactful presentation of key offerings 
• Performance Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing future event strategies and overall campaign performance 
• Support for Broader Marketing Initiatives: Actively contribute to a wide range of marketing activities beyond events, supporting the overall marketing team in campaign development, digital marketing efforts, and other initiatives to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field, with a passion for event management and marketing
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong interest in organizing and managing physical events. Prior experience in integrated marketing campaigns is a plus 
• Enthusiastic and hands-on approach, with a keen sense of responsibility and initiative, especially in the context of event planning and execution 
• Quick learner with a structured approach to work, able to adapt to the dynamic nature of event marketing and manage multiple projects efficiently
