Job Description

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent by designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. You will lead the wellbeing agenda for our employees, veterans reintegration, implement tech solutions for HR. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local Compensation & Benefits function. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:

• Supporting regular compensation processes such as annual salary and bonus reviews, personnel cost planning, long-term incentive process, etc.
• Supporting the implementation of our remuneration processes in our new HR information system SAP SuccessFactors
• Preparation of analyses, presentations and communication material
• Manage benefits package for employees, keep it updated and competitive to the market practice
• Drive Reward & Recognition agenda in the organization
• Supporting other projects in the C&B field
• Actively participation in the wellbeing & veterans reintegration agenda
• Participating in projects of HR processes digitalization

Qualifications

• Professional experience in human resources or consulting
• Experience/knowledge of key C&B processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Leading of projects will be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Affinity for international and intercultural topics
• High resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
