    Job Description

    Order Management:

    • Process inquiry & quote; receive, enter & validate the orders;
    • Reserve inventory & determine delivery date: Available-to-Deliver;
    • Route shipments;
    • Select a carrier & calculate the transportation cost in the most cost-effective way for the company;
    • Receive products at warehouses;
    • Load vehicles, generate shipping documents, verify credit, and ship;
    • Pre-advising all customers of any potential shortages including reason and next availability;
    • To control that orders were received on time, completed, damaged-free, and filled accurately.

    Transport Management:

    • Directing all transportation activities;
    • Developing transportation relationships;
    • Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries;
    • Booking deliveries and liaising with customers;
    • Development of a shipping timetable;
    • Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices for one-time transportation;

    Customer Complaints management:

    • Ensures efficient customer complaint handling;
    • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
    • Reports on customer complaints as requested by business processes.

    Document flow management:

    • Comprehensive maintenance of document flow between JDE and customers;
    • Comprehensive maintenance of document flow between JDE and vendors, transportation services suppliers;

    Customers master data management:

    • Update master data as appropriate, ensuring accurate specific information;
    • On-time informing master data team about customer account data to maintain duly changes in the SAP system;
    • Complete maintenance and support for the creation of new clients in the SAP system. Provide ongoing support as requested by the team leader or manager.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Services and Logistic positions (FMCG is a plus);
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft programs
    • General knowledge of SAP
    • Excellent social and communication skills in Ukrainian (oral & written);
    • Have good analytical skills.
    • Be prepared to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment;
    • Being able to work accurately and methodically and to set the right priorities;
