Job Description

The Supply Planner Expert oversees supply planning process to meet JDE sales and service / cost objectives. Supply Planning activities are executed locally in close collaboration with Demand function and Plants. 

• Ensuring short and long-term on-time production and supply of finished goods (Local and Imported) considering Sales Plan (provided by Demand department on weekly basis), transit leadtimes, agreed levels of stock coverage.
• Supporting standard supply planning processes and procedures on weekly basis.
• Сross functional collaboration inside SC function and with commercial functions.
• Reporting and monthly/weekly tracking, analysis and FY projection of KPIs:  DIOH, IPO, IBA. Identify key drivers of major changes. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Weekly maintaining data exchange with plants through available system. Actively participate in updating/support of SAP/APO, NSA and other programs connected with planning process.
• Monitoring slow moving stocks and obsoletes management.
• Copacking/stickering process support.
• Supporting and participation in Initiative projects/meetings.
• Handling supply planning of coffee machines for Professional (assets / FG).
• Handling of all documents necessary for import and customs clearance of finished goods/coffee machines(Contracts, Royalties, IBRs, etc).

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant position (Supply Planning); Experience in FMCG company. 

•           Analytical skills

•           Result driven

•           Influencing / Negotiation skills (focus on win-win)

•           High level of responsibility, Team Player, Decision taking

•           Good overall knowledge of the Supply Planning business processes

•           IBP expert. Strong understanding of IBP and ability to contribute to the processes through which an organization's mid and long term targets are translated in to optimized

•           Good understanding of the SAP functionality 

•           Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language – Fluency in English is essential.

•           PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint
