Job Description

You as a HR & Internal Communication Intern will be responsible for:

  • Gather, analyse and communicate information effectively through internal information channels; cross-functionally coordinate information flow;
  • Write and proofread internal posts, announcements, digests, remarks, newsletters, articles, presentations, etc;
  • Processes electronic tickets of adding employees to the Outlook distribution list for productive communication;
  • Schedule and coordinate engagement employee groups meetings on regular basis, keep the drum beat of general engagement activities year plan
  • Coordinate corporate events organization under line manager supervision;
  • Coordinate charity projects and employee volunteering projects under line manager supervision;
  • Assist in organization HR business meetings/team buildings;
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing knowledge of the Organization including strategy, objectives, initiatives, functions, programs, key stakeholders, and culture;
  • Conduct onboarding for newcomers in terms of communication & engagement corporate agenda;
  • Purchase Order, invoice processing connected with activities/events scope in line with corporate procedures;
  • Maintain HR files, records, and documentation; perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

For this role as HR & Internal Communications Intern, we’re looking for Graduates or last year students with excellent English and Communication Skills (preferably in the field of journalism, linguistics, psychology or other HR related specialities).

Skills we appreciate:

•           Ability to write creatively

•           Excellent speaking and written English & Communication skills

•           Strong interpersonal and team-building skills

•           Skilled in the use of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•           Excellent organizational skills

•           Graphic-design skills would be an advantage
