As Commercial Finance Manager UK you will lead the commercial finance team and collaborate closely with the Sales function to deliver the revenue and GP strategy for the UK business covering a 0-3 year horizon
You will be responsible for ensuring effective management of the business from a Commercial financial and controlling perspective, based on the company’s overall business strategy. You will lead a team of 6 to help ensure that business decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis and will support strategic decision-making and commercial activity which adds value.
In this role, you will lead the deployment of RGM strategy to manage volume, Pricing and PNOC through management of promotions and pricing within customers, whilst driving the month-end closing process with the Finance team to ensure Revenue and GP reporting is timely, accurate and complete.
You will report to the Finance Director UK&I, and provide support, guidance and meaningful insight to the leadership team and business partner the Sales Director and Account Controllers on commercial finance matters, enabling them to make informed decisions and deliver ongoing strong business growth. To achieve this, you will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and broader finance functions to deliver against business objectives.
As head of the Revenue planning and commercial finance team (6 Associates) you will play a pivotal internal role in overseeing, leading, and shaping the commercial results of the JDE UK Business
