The Sainsburys National Account Executive is an integral and varied role within the Sainsburys team responsible for tracking, reporting and analysing large amounts of data, internal management of promotions, managing in-store and online execution and internal and external systems administration. This role works with a number of stakeholders, including the Sainsburys team both internally at JDE and externally with the customer, SIP our media and data partner for Sainsburys, our field sales team and the JDE accounts team.
This role requires someone who is organised, confident and accurate with data and can multitask.
This role is flexible working with 3 days a week in Maidenhead
Key Responsibilities;
Owns promotional tracking, analysis and evaluation of both JDE and Sainsburys ranges making recommendations to wider team to maximise performance for JDE.
Owns delivery of EPOS, Stock holding and margin tracking report
Supports NAM in maintaining an accurate customer forecast whilst being responsible for rolling weekly volume and our entries into the volume forecasting system, Xtel
Co-leads with shopper marketing, the external relationship with Logobrand (Field Sales) relationship delivering monthly briefings and communicating results
Supports ecommerce NAM to deliver excellent online execution and additional opportunities on Sainsburys.com through planning and booking online media with SIP
Responsible for accurate and timely management of financial administration, processing invoices, price queries, deductions and audit claims
Management of Sainsburys’s Product Induct and My Product Costs systems

For this role as a Sainsburys National Account Executive, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Minimum one year as a National Account Executive on any retailer
Ability to work well within team environment and with multiple stakeholders
A structured and analytical mindset
Numerate with good excel skills
Organised, with strong prioritisation and ability to multi-task
