The salary for this role is £29,761.

Job Description

    UKAEA’s pay arrangements and grading structure are currently under review as part of a transformation project and proposed multi-year pay deal. UKAEA aims to introduce a new grading structure in 2024. This will enable us to lead the delivery of sustainable fusion energy and maximise the scientific and economic benefit.     This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

    The Role

    Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Join our team and contribute to the future of fusion energy. As an Early Careers Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the attraction and recruitment of Graduates and Placement Students

    Additional Responsibilities:

    In this role you will support the Early Careers Talent Lead to:

    • Gather predicted resourcing needs
    • Support the Early Careers development team with early careers events and recruitment fairs.
    • Manage administration for the process. 
    • Create adverts relevant to the audience and place adverts through our preferred platforms. 
    • Organising interviews and selection days.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.

    Qualifications

    Essential Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Experience of coordinating in-house/agency recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
    • Experience of using social media tools to develop employer brand and candidate sourcing
    • Experience of working with/coordinating an Applicant Tracking System
