Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager with expertise in AWS Partnerships to drive and execute regional GTM initiatives, with an emphasis on leveraging AWS Marketplace capabilities. This individual will evangelize and enable internal GTM stakeholders and external partners at regional level in EU, build relationships with ISV partners to drive co-sell and co-marketing activities in order to elevate Freshworks brand and to differentiate with integration. Your extensive experience with AWS, either in a partnership/channel role or through significant engagement, will be vital in developing effective collaboration models, Sales plans, and growth strategies. As ISV Alliance manager, you are expected to optimize existing processes and remove blockers to plan, track, attribute, facilitate and manage projects within associated timelines. You'll aim for revenue growth across all EU regions, aligning with our Regional business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues, not limited to product, sales and marketing, at all levels throughout the entire organization to find the answers you seek.
  • Provide Freshworks enablement to ISV partners during the engagement to increase influenced and sourced business.
  • Ability to granulate a problem and suggest the best solution to address the needs.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the environment and resonate with a fair knowledge in Freshworks suite.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve partner concerns thereby removing the impediments and enabling on-time project completion. 
  • Create new processes for the program and find ways to scale the ecosystem
  • Work closely with partner and project stakeholders and enable partners in defining project goals and objectives as well as planning and delivering the project.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Freshworks to ISV Partners, and added value for enhanced GTM collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of work experience in the software/tech industry.
  • Deep experience working with AWS, preferably in a partnership/ or channel GTM projects related to SAAS products.
  • Good understanding of the CX/EX/CRM technology, SaaS, Business Application and Marketplace.
  • Fast learner and flexibility to adopt to new trends and internal structures.
  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams to solve problems with ownership and ability to make decisions independently with calculated risk taking.
  • Strong background in solution sales, alliances, pre-sales, partnership management, marketing or business development.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications.
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic environment. 
  • Demonstrated capability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Knowledge in Project management methodology is a strong plus
  • Experience in managing dashboards and analytics to make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills and ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • MBA preferred.
