Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Coordinator to join us as part of our Global Support Team, reporting to the Global Tech Manager for Ennismore
As Tech Coordinator, you’d be essential in assisting the day to day IT operations for all Ennismore Home Bases across a variety of regions.
This is a key role in the Tech team here and we’re looking for an individual who relishes the opportunity to really take ownership of all things Tech, is motivated to learn and grow their understanding.
What You’ll Do:
Day to day
Provide in person and remote IT support to each of the Ennismore corporate Home Bases.
Work with the Global Tech Team to assess incoming tickets, collecting relevant information and actioning where possible.
Assist with the implementation of technical projects.
Provide a friendly, professional and solutions focused approach to problem solving.
Server / Workstation Management
Work with several device management platforms to track and administer workstations and mobile devices.
Understanding how to manage multiple endpoints with many different OS flavours.
Build Management, including laptop, desktop and mobile devices.
Management
Following up on assigned tickets, providing regular updates until completion.
Help administer user accounts and content across a range of software environments.
Assist with inventorying, tracking and storing spare stock of devices and peripherals, ensuring timely provision of required equipment.
Qualifications
What we're looking for...
Previous experience in IT desktop support.
Knowledge around the Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Basic Networking - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs etc.
Experience with a wide spectrum of Tech kit from phone systems to firewalls and beyond.
Enthusiastic about Tech and developments in the Tech world.
Keen to take ownership of and pride in your work; a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to seeing work through and delivering results.
Creating an atmosphere where people can be productive, authentic to who they are and enjoy what they do.
Highly organised and detail orientated; someone you can rely on to know the answers, or where to find them. Enthusiastic, confident, and warm; you want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun with it along the way!
