We are currently searching for an Office Technology expert to join our team. This role will be key in providing technical support and customer service to end users ensuring incidents and service requests are swiftly resolved. 

Job Description

Here is a snapshot at some of the additional responsibilities you will hold: 

Providing technical support

  • Providing end to end troubleshooting support to stakeholders (across all levels of seniority) on all technical issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Incident management 

  • Ensuring all incidents are correctly logged and prioritized on their urgency and wider impact .
  • Ensuring all agreed service levels are adhered to and all end users are updated continuously on progress. 

Office Tech Admin:

  • Planning and implementation of projects with the support of the GSS Team.  
  • Onboarding of new staff members to ensure all IT equipment and system access are in place from day 1. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, software and office specific support contracts.

Documentation

  • The The Office Tech Support Specialist is responsible for documenting all incidents and service requests, including the actions taken to resolve them. This documentation is critical to the knowledge management process and helps to ensure that technical issues can be resolved more quickly and effectively in the future.

Continuous improvement

  • The Office Tech Support Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the area of responsibility. This includes providing feedback on processes and procedures, suggesting new tools or technologies, and contributing to knowledge management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology Support
  • Hotel hospitality experience is highly desirable
  • Process Management based on the ITIL framework
  • Certifications/ qualifications in an IT related field
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is highly desirable 
  • Exceptional communication skills
