An exciting opportunity has become available for VP, Business Performance & Analytics, MEA APAC to join our team. This role will be based in Dubai and will be reporting directly to the SVP Topline & BI, MEA APAC and will lead the BI Team. The VP, Business Performance & Analytics, MEA APAC, plays pivotal role in steering the MEAPAC region's business strategies through data-driven insights. This position focuses on leading and supervising a team of Business Performance leads, both in-house and possibly contractors, to provide actionable intelligence that guides business decisions. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure data insights align with and support the company’s strategic goals.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:
Lead the Business Intelligence team to analyse and interpret data to inform business decisions.
Supervise the work of Business Performance Leads, ensuring they effectively guide the business using data insights.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting methods.
Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the regional business goals.
Oversee the management and execution of data-related projects.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI and analytics.
What we need from you
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with proven leadership experience managing BI Teams.
Strong background in project management, data engineering, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with the lates BI tools and technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and data presentation abilities.
Proficient in strategic planning and analytical thinking.
Ability to foster a collaborative and data-driven work environment.
Skilled in the use of BI tools and systems.
Adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology landscapes.
