Support the Brand Design Team with design directing global projects as required including pitches and pre-opening design documents
Work closely with Global VP of Design and Regional D&TS teams on projects globally.
Manage the (creation of new and update of existing) Brand Toolkits (Design Guides & Technical Standards) as required including in some cases appointing and managing external consultants.
Regularly meet with new global design consultants to review their capability for Ennismore projects globally and maintain the global database for DTS use.
Assist document control for project documents.
Minor ah-hoc Admin support duties to support Global VP of Design and Brand Design Team.
The position is based out of Dubai Homebase Office and is Maternity Cover role from May-Dec 2024
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor Degree in hospitality, design, or information technology
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel or design industry
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Powerpoint
