Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team focusing on Customer Support activities. We are looking for a self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.
Activities will include:
planned preventative maintenance as part of pre-agreed service contracts, this will involve changing out worn parts and checking associated components for wear and tear on both mechanical and electrical systems
produce timely and detailed service reports related to BEUMER sortation and material handling equipment
supporting installation projects, modernisations and warranty work
attend breakdowns with the ability to troubleshoot, test and repair technical equipment
operational and residential site cover
working individually and as part of a team on various customer sites around the UK
