As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Strategy team in analysing market trends, competitors, and internal data to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the members of the Strategy & Growth team to drive informed decision-making that contributes to the long-term success of the organisation. 

In this role, you will:

• Help collate, sanitise, and organise business/competitive/industry data, in order to provide management with information for decision-making, and setting the path for business growth.
• Analyse data and determine relevant KPIs to help define areas of focus for further action.
• Track and measure the implementation and performance of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial and business models.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Experience in Investment banking/Strategy consultancy will be regarded favorably
• Knowledge in data analysis with proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of the Online Classifieds space is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Big Data analysis
• Strong Financial modelling experience
• PowerBI experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation acumen
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, professional, with ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
