Job Description
Devise, plan and implement a sales strategy to meet UK revenue targets and for the development of new business
Contribute to the development of existing sales strategies and business
Identify new sales opportunities and business partnerships
Manage and grow allocated accounts
Negotiate contracts both technically and commercially
Act as main interface between other group companies for sales
Promote the company brand through all correspondence, meetings and presentations
Manage all Account Managers for each Business Segment
Generate Individual/Team sales revenue in accordance with UK sales targets, whilst meeting Net Operating Profit targets
Coordinate responses to major RFQs
Review/Negotiate contracts in accordance with company procedures
Manage weekly sales review meetings
Maintain CRM database
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience from similar position, ideally within a power supply company or related telecom and/or industrial background preferred
Degree within Business Administration or similar
TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Demonstrable experience of retaining key accounts and maintaining successful customer relationships
Experience of creating and implementing a sales strategy in challenging conditions
Track record of networking and securing business with new customers both large and small contracts
Experience of expanding business opportunities within existing accounts
Skilled in market research and identification of opportunities
Proficient in contract negotiation
Expansive experience of telecoms market sector
Understanding of national rules and regulations
Basic know-how of relevant local business laws
In depth understanding of Eltek, Delta and its sales strategies

Proven leadership skills, able to demonstrate the ability to lead a small team including achievement of targets
Able to set ambitious goals and drive the orginisation to achieve them, following up of performance and provide feedback to employees
