This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Job Description

As a Talent Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing the best people for the business. Working with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will headhunt, interview and manage candidates as part of the recruitment process. You will focus on providing a quality service to candidates ensuring we find the best talent for the business.       

As a Talent Resourcer, we are looking for someone to:

  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to effectively source candidates for a variety of roles across all business areas
  • Evaluate job applications; ensuring all candidates receive a response and arranging interviews to access candidates suitability
  • Pro-actively hunt for talent; problem solving to find the best candidates for niche roles
  • Build candidate pipelines for key roles across the business
  • Manage the interview process; arranging interviews, prepping candidates for interview, taking interview feedback and managing the offer process
  • Support in the New Starter process; working closely with the wider HR team, to ensure continued communication with new starters in the lead up to their first day, during their probation period and beyond
  • Take ownership of Recruitment Admin task such as job adverts, interview notes etc.
  • Work at speed and to tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on quality or service

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in a previous resourcing or recruitment role
  • Proven experience of pro-active recruitment in niche markets – Finance in particular
  • Quality driven attitude to recruitment

Desirable

  • Recruitment experience within Financial Services or a regulated business
