Job Description
You will be part of our Cloud Native DevSecOps practice and will be primarily working on building enterprise solutions that modernize software supply chains. In this role, you will be responsible for providing design and implementation expertise on DevSecOps, CICD and application/platform modernization solutions. You will be interfacing with application developers and platform engineers to design and develop state-of-the-art DevOps release engineering solutions. You will be implementing rapid POCs and Pilots of new capabilities to demonstrate feasibility of new solutions. You will understand the developments in the DevSecOps and CNCF community and have a great understanding of the overall CNCF ecosystem and industry trends in the DevSecOps domain. You will present solutions to stakeholders to better educate them and help in the decision making process for using the right technologies for solving the right problems. You will have opportunities to work on Kubernetes and container architectures to solve problems in the cloud native modernization domain.
While Oteemo hires for careers that have a variety of clients, opportunities, and locations, this first assignment will be full-time at a contractor facility in College Park, MD. The work will be performed within a secure office adhering to all the standards for classified work.
Qualifications
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
3 years of relevant experience with deploying and maintaining CNCF products to on-prem or cloud environments.
Experience with administration of Linux endpoints.
Comfortable working on command line and scripting on multiple OS platforms.
Experience configuring, deploying, and securing Kubernetes platforms.
Proven experience of delivering complex project engagements leveraging cloud technologies and concepts.
Nice to Have:
Scripting experience including at least a subset of the following: Bash, Python, Zsh, AppleScript, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD automation servers including GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
Experience and/or familiarity with security scanning tools such as SonarQube, OWASP-DC, Anchore, Claire, OPA, Fortify, Checkmarx, Synk, and OpenSCAP.
Experience with providing Identity Management services including SSO using OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML.
Experience with administration of MacOS endpoints.
