The Team
Our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice within Infosys Consulting helps some of the largest global firms solve their biggest challenges and thus becomes a key part of the clients’ transformation journey. T&O provides organizational change management (OCM) and training expertise, to make change both easy to adopt for people and successful for the clients’ business. Requirements
The Role
· Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programmes
· Setting and managing change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives
· Liaising with and working closely with project teams to feed change interventions into the integrated plan
Analysts can expect to work under the supervision of more senior consultants, and assist in the production of key OCM deliverables
Consultants should be able to work independently and will likely be responsible for their own deliverables in a specific area
Senior Consultants and Principals should expect to manage a workstream or project and face off to senior leaders from the client; and Principals should expect to manage people and contribute to business development
About You
We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
· Knowledge and experience of change management approaches and deliverable
· Strong spoken, written and interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
· For Analysts: 2.1 or higher degree and an understanding of what management consulting means
· For all higher grades: Change management experience, ideally in large or complex multi-national implementations.
Our ideal candidate will be
· Familiar with Agile method, as well as Change Management (OCM) method
· Having strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
· Able to contribute to bid work, write proposals and deliver client presentations
· A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (although we are generally working from home until the pandemic situation subsides)
· Experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector
