We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Strategy Senior Consultant fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead projects in CRL domain, focusing on CPG, Retail, and Logistics sectors. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your functional and technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with engagement managers to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good of experience in digital strategy consulting, with a focus on CPG, Retail, or Logistics industries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, including eCommerce platform implementations and customer experience enhancements.
• Technical proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with clients' business goals, leveraging insights from market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• E-commerce Expertise: Provide expertise in e-commerce strategy, including online sales channels, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess high-level technical skills to assess and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support clients' digital transformation initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital initiatives.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital strategy, sharing insights with clients and contributing to thought leadership within the organization.
• Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule.
