Senior Project Manager - Client Transitions at IQ-EQ
London, United Kingdom
Job Descrption
Company Description
IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.
Job Description
Trends demonstrate we are pitching towards bigger and more complex deals (across different products, segments and locations) where the complexity of these deals requires an expertise that is not typical of the BAU onboarding process.
Today there is no such defined group-wide approach to managing transformational deals. It is evident that deals of certain size require project and solution management support to pitch effectively and to provide clients/prospects with the comfort of IQ-EQ’s approach to large projects as well as ensure we realise the revenue as soon as practicable.
These transformational deals, tend to require:
Transition Management oversight
Custom Technology solutioning
Custom Operating model design
Migrations from existing service providers
Lift Outs of Staff/Tech and Premises
Complex Multi-Jurisdictional Legal contracting
Detailed financial analysis pertaining to the structuring of the deal
HR support to engage with ‘Employee Lift Outs’
Comms Support – Internal and Externally
Occasional M&A team support
The intent is to provide a team resource that can accelerate the transition of these large deals, shortening time to revenue generation by clearly defining strategy, organising and communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring strong leadership throughout the process.
The new team of c. 4 to 5 FTE will be led by a Transition Management Director, and support by the Senior Project Manager – Client Transitions, and working alongside dedicated resources from Legal, Operations, IT and HR.
