What will you be doing?
Leading the EMEA Engagement Management team, including the necessary people management activities and operational processes. (including but not limited to performance management cycle, career path development, feedback, comms cascade, and relevant people escalations to Regional leadership)
Supporting Engagement Managers and Sales team around key accounts as it relates to account governance, planning, and reporting
Upskilling our engagement managers in core skills such as stakeholder management, Risk & Issue management, and financial management as well as necessary soft skills
Manage the capacity and allocation of the engagement management team to current and incoming accounts. Working within the Consulting leadership team along with Sales to identify recruitment plans to support growth targets and known pipeline
Ownership of the design and execution of a consistent approach to account metrics and provision of timely MI to Regional leadership
Defining the level of standardization required in our account management approach, and tracking against an agreed plan to drive consistency
Support the development of commercial acumen within the engagement management team to identify and explore potential follow-on work in their accounts
Define and oversee the activities to create value for Cprime from relationships built on Accounts (both during and after SoW scope) as part of the Consulting Leadership team
Support pre-sales activities across current and new logos
Align with your counterparts in other Regions to drive alignment in Cprime client experience and oversight of Global Accounts
Essential to have knowledge of:
Understanding of products, including but not limited to Learning, Agility, Tech Effectiveness, and Tooling offerings
Defining our portfolio strategy for accounts
Identifying and creating commercial opportunities for winning work
Coaching skills and developmental pathways to support the growth of our internal delivery consultants and how they can progress their own careers at Cprime
