We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Strategist with expertise in presentation design and strategy. This role will be pivotal in supporting our senior leadership team by crafting compelling presentations that effectively communicate our vision, goals, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and exceptional communication skills to drive impactful presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you will do:

  • Presentation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive presentation strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and key messaging.
  • Presentation Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Content Curation: Curate relevant content and data to support key messages and enhance the overall impact of presentations.
  • Storytelling: Craft persuasive narratives and compelling stories that effectively convey complex ideas, initiatives, and business concepts.
  • Visual Design: Utilize design principles and creative techniques to create visually appealing and engaging presentations that align with brand standards.
  • Data Visualization: Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise, and visually compelling charts, graphs, and infographics.
  • Presentation Training: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on effective presentation techniques, storytelling, and visual design.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and coherence of presentations by conducting thorough reviews and edits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather input, feedback, and requirements for presentations.
  • Project Management: Manage presentation projects from inception to completion, including timeline management, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in presentation design, development, and delivery, preferably in a senior-level role.
  • Expertise in Google Slides, as well as proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities, with a talent for crafting narratives that engage and inspire audiences.
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
