About the role

We are looking for a talented midweight designer with big ideas, collaborative energy and serious design skills. You’ll bring creative solutions to every project and craft work that inspires. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life through various mediums.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Create design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes, and wireframes to communicate and iterate on user feedback.
• Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for software applications and technical solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• You're a problem solver and enjoy finding fresh, new and innovative ways of looking at delivering creative.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills. Ability to navigate feedback and be proactive in any task set.
• You can present ideas and concepts in an articulate and engaging manner.
• Comfortable working across print and digital, with an enthqusiasm and drive to learn new skills.
• Strong graphic design, branding and typographic skills.
• Ability to convey messages through illustration.
• Strong attention to detail, executing any task to the highest of standards.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks, while prioritising workload.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Enjoys working across a variety of forms including creative, digital and video for a b2b audience. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3 - 5 years' experience in a creative role
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma
• It would be beneficial if you have any experience in bringing brands to life in motion (After Effects animations, dynamic typography and editing in Premiere etc.)
