Job Descrption

Role purpose and overview

The Partnerships Executive will support the Partnerships Team in delivering revenue targets through print and digital channels for an allocated portfolio of products.

The Executive will be a regular point of contact for partners, making decisions around activity, product selection and messaging. They will be responsible for delivering print and digital activity by working closely with the partner and TMG design teams.

The Executive will also be responsible for completing and maintaining detailed reporting, updating digital assets and supporting the Manager with other administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the content production lifecycle for print and digital activity - liaising with external partners and the internal design department to meet print promotion deadlines. As well as working with the marketing and CRM teams to secure email activity and obtain sign off of the activity with partners.
  • TMG Guidelines - working within guidelines from the Compliance team and Senior Partnerships Manager, ensure that all print promotions carry the right messaging, imagery and copy.
  • Manage - operational changes in our print schedule to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Calendar Plans - maintain forward-looking plans with the Partnership team for all on and offline activity to ensure that print and digital space is secured.
  • Service - provide day to day professional, proactive and efficient service for our partners.
  • Reporting - be responsible for ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and to deadline including, but not limited to; in paper yields, call performance stats, page visits, click rates and leads as well as assisting the Senior Partnerships Manager with weekly and monthly performance reports and presentations.

Essential vs desirable skills required for the role

  • Collaborative - confidence to work with internal teams (E.g. Editorial, Marketing, Print) and external partners to ensure the right results for TMG.
  • Proven experience in a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise many tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experienced user of excel/google sheets/gmail.
  • Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
  • Team player - willing to pitch in where necessary to support the team.
