We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and take on the role of Sr. Consultant Lead / Client Relationship Director. In this role, you will steer and mentor a team of high-performing consultants and help our clients develop effective leadership strategies to improve their capabilities. This is a strategic job integrating responsibilities in leadership, client-facing, project management, and project delivery.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
Coach our team of consultants to resolve conflict, align priorities, and leverage our CORE assessment products.
Establish productive, professional relationships with clients.
Deliver executive coaching and feedback coaching (50%)
Manage and align client expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and outcomes.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Participate in proposal and business development activities, contributing to acquiring new projects.
Ensure that consulting projects meet or exceed client expectations, delivering tangible results and a positive return on investment (ROI).
Ensure that leadership development and team building projects meet and exceed client expectations, delivering measurable improvements in leadership skills and team performance.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
15+ years of experience in both, a mid-size consulting firm and within an international organization with a strong focus on Leadership, Learning, and Development.
Experience in Human Capital companies/ industry is a requirement.
University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences. Master's degree desirable.
Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials (Articulate familiarity is ideal).
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, achieving organizational goals, and contributing to the firm's growth and profitability.
Strong client-facing skills, including experience in managing key client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Proven ability to analyze complex situations, make critical decisions, and implement effective solutions with the flexibility and versatility to seamlessly move from strategic tasks (i.e., developing strategic plans, briefing executives on recommendations, etc.) to tactical tasks (i.e., preparing proposals, recording meeting outcomes, etc...)
Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
