We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Experienced Hire Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire experienced professionals in our London office.
Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the brightest, most innovative talent from all corners of the world. We will train you in our day-to-day candidate coordination and the strategy behind our approach. You'll work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish.
Your daily work will focus on our Infrastructure teams (non-Trading and Technology), and will involve keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, managing our recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success. We are looking for someone organised with excellent attention to detail, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting. Your ability to balance process efficiency with genuine empathy for our candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.
