We’re looking for an organized, thoughtful, and collaborative individual to drive strategy and execution of a high-touch, employee-focused global travel program.
Leveraging your depth of experience, creative problem solving, and critical thinking, you’ll generate a plan to scale and manage our dynamic travel operation. You will also be responsible for developing and managing financial planning and reporting to optimize our efforts.
We are looking for someone who can balance the execution of the nuanced service we provide with the need for efficiency as our firm grows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a service-minded approach who can manage projects from idea to execution. We’ll rely on your comprehensive understanding of the travel industry ecosystem (travel agency operations, online booking tools, reporting capabilities, and travel technologies) to develop steps forward and mentor our travel team. You should be current with industry trends to identify new travel disruptors and opportunities for the travel program.
Our Travel team sits within our Office Administration team, which is driven by a passion for hospitality. We interact regularly with nearly every department and are on a first-name basis with most of the firm. We encourage travel between offices to foster the exchange of ideas and work hard to create an office environment where employees feel happy, engaged, and supported.
